Nourishing the Frontline (NTFL) program has been developed for organisations in health and social care, counsellors, coaches, youth workers, social workers, community workers and those whose work is typically characterised by low resources, high demands and a high risk of burnout. Frontline workers are welcome from all sectors. The aim of the program is to grow effectiveness and wellbeing in work, for frontline workers and their teams, through practical skills which nourish resilience and expand your capacity.
The combination of experienced facilitators with a deep understanding of resilience and wellbeing, and the insights and support of the magical woodland is a powerful one. Frontline workers can expect to come away from the wood with practical tools which help address the challenges of stress and overload.
If resilience and wellbeing skills at work are high on your agenda, get in touch, discover the programme and explore this exciting opportunity to bring your team for a day of nourishment and wellbeing.
NTFL is delivered by the Wisdom Tree Team. A group of practitioners that support Hazel Hill Wood to ensure that the wellbeing of all who visit the wood is explored and supported. For more information visit the Wisdom Tree website.
